Family Voices = Family Choices is a charitable company in Knowsley that delivers activities and services for children up to 11-years-old and their families.
The organisation works in collaboration with partner agencies and since its launch in 2011, has delivered activities that help to support the learning and development needs of young people, reduce anti-social behaviour and more to over 1000 families.
Recently, the company has begun developing its services to deliver more activities for children and young people aged five to 13. Family Voices is also aiming to expand their services and deliver activities and provide support to children and young people in more locations.
Due to this recent growth and development, Family Voices is looking to expand their team and recruit more personnel to their board of trustees/directors.
Roles are available in the following disciplines:
Strategic leadership – This involves individuals with leadership skills helping to organise the board of trustee/directors, and provide support and supervision to the board. You will have experience of voluntary sector organisations, strategic planning and social policy.
Legal – Individuals with a legal background are wanted to support Family Voices in any legal issues that arise. Experience in human resources would be an advantage.
Finance – Family Voices is also looking for individuals with experience in financial planning and accounting skills to join the board.
Marketing/PR –Individuals with a background in PR, marketing and communication are wanted to bring their skills to develop brand identity and public image.
